WINCHESTER 1885 LOW WALL WINDER MUSKET
Cal. 22 Short. with a serial number of 122115 was manufactured in 1917. It has a 28″ round barrel with the Reciever mounted Lyman aperture rear sight and a blade front sight that is missing its screw. Straight grip walnut butt stock & forend with the grasp grove typical of these rifle stocks. It also has sling swivels mounted on the bottom.

CONDITION: stock set appears have been cleaned at some point and had a small square repair on right side of butt, there exhibits some light chipping around both tangs and some scattered handling wear. The metal finish is mostly a gray patina with some slight dings, it has scattered traces of blue & oxidation. Shiny bore w/ some scattered light pitting.
