The Gray Fox Shop LLC is an on line  FFL gun shop interested in all guns but especially Classic and Vintage firearms and accessories. 

We buy and sell classic Winchesters, Marlins, Colts, Smith & Wesson, 

Stevens etc. 

We are interested in rifles, handguns, and shotguns as well as accessories.  If you have sometime you are interested in selling or consigning give a call or send an email or text.

Our aim is to offer classic and vintage firearms at reasonable prices and that can be used as they were intended: hunting, plinking, protection, etc..

We buy, sell, and trade in classic and vintage firearms which will be offered on this website, We will consign guns in good condition ask for details.

We will also have new guns available at times. These will be listed as New

We plan to always have a selection of vintage rifles, shotguns, and handguns to choose from. Made by Winchester, Marlin, Colt, Smith & Wesson, Stevens, etc. 

In additions, we will also offer  modern new guns made by Ruger , Shiloh Sharps, Uberti,  Rossi,  and others. Of classic designs such as lever guns, single shot rifles, double and single action revolvers as well as semi autos.

Any vintage firearm we sell we recommend that if your intention is to shoot it that you have it examined by a reputable gunsmith to ensure it is safe to shoot.

The Gray Fox Shop LLC is an online  FFL gun shop, we do not have a store front or have on site pick up at the moment.

If you see a gun that you would like to purchase you can call, text, or email us to ask any questions or for additional photos.

We do take Credit Cards over the phone for now. Although, we hope to be able offer credit card purchases from the website soon.

For the time being you can use the "buy" button and compile a number of items in the cart to see totals, etc. To finalize a purchase it will be necessary to call the order in, If  you want to use a credit card we can take your information and process it that will hold the item you want. If you want to use check or money order, we suggest you call or text to find out if the item you wish to buy is still available. If you wish to use a check we can hold an item with Credit Card info. We will not process the card but we will mark the item Sale Pending. We will hold an item for 1 week,

All vintage guns are marked "limited Addition" because there is only one in stock. Once it is purchased it will show as out of stock and will be removed shortly.

Added to the gun price is shipping  and insurance charges. The total for both will have to be paid in full before we can ship. For modern guns you will need to arrange for a local FFL  of your choosing to send us a copy of their license.  Choice of shipping is based on what is purchased, i.e. rifle or pistol, etc.

We will only ship a modern gun to the designated FFL.  Any ammunition can ship directly to the buyer separately (ammunition is regulated by some states) When you are notified that it has arrived and its ready to pick up. They will have you fill out the 4473 form to do a background search necessary for all modern gun purchases. There is usually a small charge to performing a transfer paid to the FFL doing this for you.

 1) Antique Firearms - anything made prior to 1898

2) Modern Firearms - anything made from 1899 forward

3) The receiver or frame which have the serial number is legally the firearm and which will need to be transferred

4) As of May 2024 the following states have waiting periods enforced to purchase a firearms:

California – 10 days

Colorado – 3 days 

District of Columbia – 10 days

Florida – 3 days or the time it takes to complete required background checks, whichever occurs later

Hawaii – 14 days

Illinois – 72 hours

New Mexico – 7 days

Rhode Island – 7 days

Vermont – 72 hours

Washington – 10 business days

5) There are 18 states that have broad restrictions on ammunition.

6) We will always follow the law regarding gun sales and ammunition. 

 It is wise that you know the law and how they are applied where you are before you purchase a firearm.
